So first off…Happy Valentine’s Day!
This is definitely one of my favorite holidays of the year. While ‘love’ should be celebrated everyday, it’s a day with an excuse to celebrate it even more. And since I adore all things hearts, cuteness & love (yes, I’m a big cheeseball romantic & will admit it) – how could I not love Valentine’s Day? :)
And to go along with this love-ly day, are the pictures from Ansley & Ryan’s wedding day! It was so exciting to second shoot my very first wedding, with the Churchill’s. Jolie & JP are such a fun couple – after the wedding we went out for some dessert at the Cheesecake Factory & my hubby joined us, and we had some great (and sometimes hilarious) conversations, mostly about marriage, babies (Jolie is six months pregnant!) & nanny-ing. I’m so looking forward to working with them again!
The marriage of Ansley & Ryan, was AMAZING. So glad it was my first wedding, it was such a good first experience! It reminded me in a way of my own wedding, which made me so so happy :)
The ceremony & reception were at the Lauderdale Yacht Club. It was a beautiful ceremony outside, especially since it was around sunset! We joined them earlier for the getting-ready of the guys & gals, and Ansley’s bridesmaids were very helpful! It was also good to have some of the groomsmen around to help Ryan relax & laugh during pictures. It wasn’t till near the end of the day that I found out that the wedding pair had met at Palm Beach Atlantic University – were I also studied for a year, 2009-2010. Turns out we had some friends in common :)
After the ceremony, we took some photos of the couple. Ryan & Ansley were easy & fun to take photos of…hmm, because they were so very in love! <3
Ansley made such a gorgeous bride:

Thanks Ansley & Ryan for letting me be a part of your big day! And also a big thank-you to the Churchill’s :)
To everyone else: Enjoy the rest of your love-filled day <3
